Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Head of Human Resources will play a critical role in the organizational growth and development of the company.
Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Board of Directors, the Head of HR is responsible for the overall direction and guidance to the human resource department and serves as business partner to the senior leadership team.
In this role you will be responsible for recruiting and talent management, culture, organizational and leadership development, succession planning, and total rewards/compensation and benefits.
Key Duties & Accountabilities:
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the organization's human resource department team structure and performance.
Design and manage the company's compensation policies, including salary policy, compensation benchmarking, equity compensation policy, benefits policies, etc.
and working closely with the compensation committee of the Board of Directors, as appropriate Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and employees to provide counsel on employee relations issues.
Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the company's senior leaders, functioning as the expert on people and organizational issues and providing guidance on managing complex and sometimes sensitive employee relations matters.
Proactively identify business needs and partners with HR and Leadership to design, develop and implement solutions that support the long-range strategic direction of the company.
Build and maintain a distinctive corporate culture, ensuring that the core beliefs of the organization are upheld as the company grows.
Oversee benefits and compensation programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees.
Develops programs in a manner that ensures cost effectiveness, market competitiveness and internal equity among employees.
Lead the talent acquisition strategy, policies and programs to ensure recruitment and hiring strategies are executed and align with corporate strategy and goals.
Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances.
Responsible for organizational compliance with federal and state laws pertaining to all human resource matters.

Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelors' Degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in HR related field required.
Master's Degree and 4
years' experience in HR related field preferred.
PHR or SPHR preferred Must have excellent communication skills Strong consultative style Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Travel Commitment:
Occasional travel may be required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
