Inventory Supervisor Full-Time Position Artaic is a high-tech design and manufacturing company revolutionizing the mosaic tile industry.

THE POSITION This hands-on position is a critical member of the production team, supervising the tile inventory required for the mosaic production process.
The role is responsible for maintaining the tile inventory accurately, responding to stock checks, placing orders with suppliers, processing incoming orders, and shipping out completed projects.
The manufacturing operation relies on the Inventory Supervisor to make sure all the tile needed for producing a project is available within the required lead time and kitted on time in order to meet client expectations.
In addition to the hands-on work, this position leverages the capabilities of a sophisticated inventory management software.
The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for strict adherence to standard operating procedures in order to contribute to the team effort aimed at the efficient, cost-effective and safe manufacture of beautiful tile mosaic murals - on time and on budget.
This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Artaic produces mass customized tile mosaics for a wide variety of applications, primarily within the commercial architecture and interior design industry with a focus on hospitality, corporate, healthcare, education and residential sectors.
Artaic is inventing and applying a proprietary, partially automated system of front-end design software linked to back-end inventory management and robotic fabrication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Warehouse Management Supervise the warehouse and all relevant operations.
Monitor the manufacturing schedule throughout the week/month to ensure on-time and quality delivery of inventory product to the manufacturing team, and finished projects to the customer.
Suggest changes when necessary, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular support and feedback to production supervisor and sampling supervisor.
Proactively address relevant issues and concerns daily.
Assist in coordinating plans and orders to ensure all supplies and materials will be available and that staff is well informed in order to optimize everyone's contributions.
Maintain a clean, tidy and organized warehouse, in alignment with inventory software, following strict procedures to align physical material with inventory management software.
Communicate with other departments throughout the company, as representative of warehouse operations, to provide and receive valuable data/information, and resolve questions and issues.
Inventory Management and Quality Control Accurately and efficiently coordinate inventory transfers (job kitting).
Order, reconcile and receive inventory, reporting issues or concerns.
Ensure you, and any staff collaborating with you, follows all Quality Control procedures without fail.
Assist with Quality Incident Reports (QIR's) Support other projects as assigned.
Shipping & Receiving Work closely with the Director of Operations to monitor, and execute in a timely fashion, inbound and outbound shipping of inventory and completed projects.

Strong verbal and written communication.
Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Knowledge of MRPeasy or other inventory management software a plus.
Familiarity with manufacturing management tools and techniques.
The ability to be a self-starter with flexibility to switch tasks with little or no direction.
Experience and desire to work in a collaborative team environment and proactive engagement in innovation / problem solving, and all aspects of communication Required Skills/
Experience:
3-5 years of supervisory experience in a fast paced, high volume environment 5
years in manufacturing with inventory, quality control, and or warehouse experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States COMPENSATION $20-$23 per hour based on skills and experience.
