We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fine Gardening Crew Lead to join our dynamic team.
As a Fine Gardening Crew Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of our clients' gardens and containers throughout the greater Boston area.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead a team of skilled gardeners in various fine gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, and landscape maintenance.
Collaborate with Lead Designers to understand and ensure the clients visions are brought to life through exceptional gardening practices.
Planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and small trees in container gardens such as roof decks, courtyards, window boxes, and side walk planters Maintain a high standard of garden care, ensuring each project is executed with precision and attention to detail.
Monitor garden health and diagnose and address any issues promptly to maintenance optimal plant growth and aesthetics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our fine gardening services.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine gardening or a related field.
Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and sustainable gardening practices.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exquisite garden designs and maintaining high-quality landscapes.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and management.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
