We are a small dog walking company based in Charlestown and are looking to expand our team of walkers.
We offer a supportive team atmosphere and have fun doing what we love! Our goal is to provide both our human and canine clients with an amazing experience.
We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated employees who are interested in learning about all things dogs.
We will educate you on dog behavior/body language/communication, basic training and first aid skills.
This position is for a part-time employee (15-25 hours per week but hours can increase).
Employees walk up to 4 dogs at once.
Every W2 employee goes through a paid training period ($15/hour).
Dog sitting opportunities to earn extra income are also available.
We also offer bonus incentives.
The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, detail oriented, trustworthy, loves dogs (duh), and has excellent communication skills.
We are looking for walkers who can commit to 1 year of work.
Qualifications:
Must LOVE dogs! Have availability M-F between 10am-4pm Weekend and evening shifts are available Commute to work via public transportation- there is no free parking in the neighborhood.
1 year experience in the pet care industry is preferred Cell phone with camera and unlimited data plan Able to pass a background check Enjoys walking for multiple hours in all types of New England weather! This is a physically demanding position.
