Apartment Field Inspector
Charlestown, MA Charlestown, MA Full-time Full-time $24 an hour $24 an hour Attention detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals who enjoy driving! Furnished Quarters is looking for an Apartment Inspector (Guest Operations Specialist) to join our team in Boston.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our apartments are clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests.
You will operate a company vehicle to travel to different sites throughout the day to inspect apartments for cleanliness.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting cleanliness inspections of apartments before guests arrive.
Testing WiFi and TV equipment to ensure everything is working properly.
Liaising with the Housekeeping vendor and building maintenance to resolve any issues.
Ensuring the proper placement of all furnishings and household goods, and maintaining guest-supply par levels.
Participating in the rotational after-hours, on-call program to handle guest issues, including lockouts and emergencies.
Assisting in the Warehouse as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
A strong knowledge of the Boston and Cambridge areas.
Excellent customer service skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A high attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
We offer a starting salary of $24.

In the afternoon, you may be called upon to handle a guest issue, such as a lockout or emergency.
In the evening, you may be on call to respond to guest issues.
