Job Description:
Performs a variety of clerical tasks related to the AP functionActivities include:
utilization or our ERP system to process/enter invoices/credits, review statements, entry and accounting for recurring payment contracts, review payment approvals and request additional information from vendors/colleagues when necessary to enable accurate posting of the documents to our financial systems, entry/updates to vendor records.
Will monitor/respond to all vendor inquiries regarding new program (Paymode X implementation)Additional Details:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years experience in AP processing in a high volume, computerized, corporate environment (or equivalent AR, Payroll, expense or other transactional accounting area)Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, preferable with Peoplesoft of a comparable platform, utilizing transactional accounting data.
Pay:
$25-32/hrLocation:
Charlestown, MA - 100% in office for training and then hybrid Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
