Case ManagerOur client, a prestigious nonprofit, is currently seeking CaseManagers to support many housing programs they provide.
This candidate requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and an ability to shift priorities as required.

$20/hr rate listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check and work onsite 3-5 days per week in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities:
Using Motivational Interviewing and a collaborative approach conduct in-depth assessment to best determine the immediate client concerns and/or barriers to housing including, but not limited to:
financial, legal, mental health, substance abuse, employment, health care and housekeepingDevelops and implements a housing intake/history with families experiencing homelessness.
Develops partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external service providers to ensure client receives comprehensive service.
Qualifications:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
