Stratton Amenities, a leading provider of luxury concierge services for upscale apartments and condominiums, is seeking Hospitality Superstars for the role of Front Desk Concierge at our luxury high rises in Charlestown, MA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, a proven record of guest service excellence, and a clear understanding of luxury customer service.
They will be accustomed to fast-paced environments, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Greet and direct residents and visitors with a friendly and positive attitudeExceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory serviceBuild and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and contractorsMaintain confidentiality of residentsMaintain professional telephone etiquette and message deliveryAccurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery, and perform package inventory auditsMonitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and securityMonitor access throughout the shift and ensure authorized resident and guest use onlyCaution residents or guests behaving in an unsafe mannerPerform all other duties as assignedStratton Amenities is an equal opportunity employer.
