We are seeking individuals with a knowledge and passion for food and beverage that can perform in high-volume environments and display first-class hospitality to our guests.

Duties:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant Escort guests to their designated tables Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials Take reservations and manage the waiting list Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries, reservations, or take-out orders Maintain a clean and organized reception area, as well as bathrooms Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy Skills:
Excellent guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar restaurant management software Knowledge of operations and guest services Strong hospitality mindset with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Good communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and management Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus but not required Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 hours or more), which may also include being outdoors Job Types:
