Junior Account Manager

The Program Specialist provides support for the successful delivery of HMS services to client(s). Support may include data mining validation, data sorting and analysis, presentation preparation, as well as various research related tasks and overall support of business development projects and day to day operational projects.
Essential Functions:
Works with account management team and other organizations to collect data on behalf of the client(s).
Works directly with clients and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements.
Performs data analysis, identifies trends and issues, evaluates and provides recommended solutions for issues identified.
Designs and develops reports.
Builds relationships with internal and external staff to ensure client expectations are being met.
Ensures client deliverables are accurate and timely.
Identifies delivery issues and provides suggested solutions.
Works with account management team to develop materials for client presentations.
Interacts with clients under the guidance of the account management leaders.
May participate in the proposal development process.

Should be able to relocate
Work Conditions and Physical Demands:
Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment
Ability to communicate and exchange information
Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data
Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs.)
Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals
May be required to work extended hours for special business needs
May be required to travel at least 10% of time based on business needs
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum Related Work Experience:
2 years equivalent work experience within HMS

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
