Client Analytics Manager

The Client Analytics Manager will play akey role in representing outcomes and future product strategy.
Essential Functions:
Work on an interdisciplinary team with engagement design,sales, project management and engineering
Design and analyze the effectiveness of customer programsfor a set of accounts, and provide input to the development of new products
This is a vital role working with both internal groups andexternal customers. The overall goal is to deliver effective programs withpositive return on investments by transforming structured and unstructured datainto marketable analytics products and services
The person selected for this position will have stronganalytical skills, the ability to translate trends and patterns into productstrategy, and have excellent presentation and face-to-face client skills
Develop data formatting and cleaning criteria for data fromvarious sources and evaluates relevant data.
Work together with Health Engagement Design, ProjectManagement and Data Management (IT) teams on new program designs and new clientimplementations.
Support other (non-standard) products and offerings byproviding insights that can be extracted/inferred from the client's data.
Provide expertise on mathematical concepts for the broaderanalytics team and inspire the adoption of advanced analytics and data scienceacross the entire breadth of our organization
Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations documentinganalytic methods and results.
Act as the escalation point to assigned team members.
Train and mentor assigned team members.
Assign tasks and to assure projects are complete based onclients and business need.
Provide prioritization for work assignments.
Act as back up to Leader as needed.
Mentor more junior members.
May work focus on more complex project.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to use of SAS statistical analysis softwarerequired.
Ability to analyze information, using logic and processes toaddress work-related issues and problems.
Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word, Excel,Access, DB2, and SQL.
Ability to create clear and concise documentation
Ability to manipulate and analyze large databases.
Ability to demonstrate strong time management and projectmanagement skills.
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team environmenteffectively.
Ability to be independent, to represent the team inmeetings, to mentor less experienced team members
Ability to be careful and thorough about detail.
Ability to meet deadline oriented project demands as well asmanage multiple initiatives.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ability to organize well.
Ability to perform oral presentations with goodquality.
Ability to manage multiple clients and produce results on arigid time schedule
Excellent working knowledge of Statistics
Ability to perform well in team environment, with employeesat all levels, to achieve business goals.
Work Conditions and PhysicalDemands:
Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment
Ability to communicate and exchange information
Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data
Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and movingobjects (up to 10 lbs.)
Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone andperipherals
May be required to work extended hours for special businessneeds
May be required to travel at least 10% of time based onbusiness needs
Minimum Education:
Advanced degree in public health, business, mathematicalscience, decision science or related field is preferred, or equivalent workexperience;Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred or equivalentwork experience required
Minimum Related Work Experience:
5-10 years of experience in market research, directmarketing analytics or business consulting roles using data and information todrive business and product strategy;
Experience in healthcare data claims analysis, statisticalanalysis, segmentation, predictive modeling, A/B testing, data mining, andproject management
Hands-on experience with statistical tools and visualizationsoftware (SAS, SPSS, R and Tableau) and the ability to learn new tools and comeup to speed quickly;
Strong preference for healthcare related industryexperience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
