Senior Associate II

Under the general direction of the Managing Director or designee, the Senior Associate II will direct and oversee the development of contracts and business agreements between CHCF and state agencies, in and out of state for a wide variety of product lines and services.
Provide subject matter expertise in multiple specialty areas
Serve as an internal and external consultant for complex and varied business lines
Serve as a key resource in complex proposal and sales presentations
Oversee activities and outcomes for several assigned product line(s)
Oversee the development and negotiation of business agreements
Direct site visits to clients
Lead the grant review processes
Oversee data analysis of project or product line effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Hire and assist in the training of Associates (I, II and III) and Staff Assistant(s)
Direct the analysis of potential revenue projects and business opportunities
Oversee the monitoring of changing federal/national industry indicators
Direct the development of client presentations and proposals
Oversee the implementation and expansion within a variety of product lines and programs, to ensure timeliness and success
Provide support to Program Directors
Oversee client satisfaction and direct the resolution of client issues
Oversee the development of project budget projections and actual comparisons
Oversee financial and productivity forecasting and projections to support senior staff
Support the professional development of Associates, Program Directors, Staff Assistants and Data Analysts
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program
Perform other duties as required.
Master's degree in a business related field, or equivalent experience
10 years of experience in a related field
Demonstrated ability to successfully market, develop, and implement a profitable business line
Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and state and federal regulations
Project implementation skills and experience in complex project management
Demonstrated ability to coordinate numerous complex projects simultaneously
Demonstrate experience in computer-based tools, including spreadsheets, database management, and word processing
Knowledge in general accounting and budgeting principles
Experience in supervision and demonstrate ability to manage and motivate staff
Ability to travel to off-site locations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
